Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care.

- Assist children with daily routines including meals, hygiene, and playtime.
- Provide guidance in behavior management and conflict resolution among children.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or medical situations; administer first aid as necessary.
- Collaborate with other childcare staff to ensure a cohesive approach to caregiving.
Skills
- Experience working with students or children in various settings
- First aid certification is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain is essential.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children and parents alike.
- Ability to create engaging activities that cater to different age groups.
