Milestones Learning Center is growing and we are searching for caring, dependable, and hard-working individuals to join our team! A love of children is a must and experience working with children in a professional child care setting is preferred, but not required. Candidates with a valid CDA will be given special consideration.

Our team members work together to create a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children 6 weeks through five years old. Successful candidates will be team players who can communicate effectively with their co-workers and the families they serve.
We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications and guarantee regular performance-based raises. We offer a flexible work schedule with eight paid holidays per year, and team members begin earning additional paid time off with the very first hour worked. Candidates must submit to and pass state and federal backgrounds check as a condition of employment.
