Lead Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves working with children aged 24 months to 3 years old, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development through hands-on learning and structured activities.

Responsibilities

• Implement engaging lesson plans that promote childhood development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all students.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Foster individual growth by adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development at home.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
• Incorporate Montessori principles and other educational frameworks into daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that reflects the values of respect, responsibility, and community.

Experience

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children in a preschool or early childhood setting is essential.
• Knowledge of childhood development theories and literacy education methodologies is beneficial.
• Previous experience in private school environments or Montessori settings is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
