About the role: We're a multi-brand company spanning pediatric healthcare services, healthcare technology (B2B SaaS), and consumer products, with a growing franchise network layered on top. Reporting directly to the CEO and based in Austin, TX, this role owns marketing, communications, and business development across the full portfolio.This isn't a siloed marketing job. You'll manage a small creative team, represent the company at industry conferences, and act as a close partner to the CEO in building and qualifying high-value relationships. We're looking for the right person, not the most experienced one. Key Responsibilities:Own brand voice, messaging, and consistency across a family-facing healthcare services brand, a B2B software brand, and a consumer products brand, adapting tone for each audience without losing coherenceLead digital marketing strategy across social, email, web, and content for all brands, and manage production of campaigns and assets with a small offshore creative teamDevelop communications plans for launches, openings, franchise announcements, and company milestones, executing within CEO-approved budgetsAttend 3–5 industry conferences per year alongside the CEO across healthcare, technology, and education, doing pre-event research and outreach and representing the company on-siteBuild and manage a wholesale and institutional partnership pipeline for the consumer products brand: buyers, distributors, and school/district contactsManage a three-person offshore creative team (two graphic designers, one influencer/social coordinator), setting priorities and maintaining quality standards What we're looking for:Experience marketing to both consumers (B2C) and businesses or institutions (B2B). You understand these audiences are moved by different thingsBackground in one or more of: healthcare or healthcare services, education or education technology, consumer products, franchising, or B2B SaaSStrong written and verbal communication skills: clear, compelling, and audience-awareSelf-direction and follow-through; comfort operating across multiple brands without losing voice or coherenceAn eye for design and a working sense of what good creative looks and feels likeEnergy for conference environments: travel, networking, and high-visibility representationComfortable working in close, day-to-day partnership with a CEO and moving quickly on their priorities
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
