Office & Logistics Assistant (Part-Time)
Pay: $19/hour (Performance review after 3-month probation)
Schedule: Part-time (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, plus weekends as needed for events)
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Office & Logistics Assistant to support daily operations across both administrative and warehouse functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and capable of handling a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both office operations and logistics.
Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Duties:
- Assist with day-to-day office operations
- Process and manage e-commerce orders
- Maintain organized records, files, and workspace
- Perform general administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Logistics & Warehouse Operations:
- Support warehouse operations including order preparation, palletizing, labeling, and packaging
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking, organizing, and stock replenishment
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Help organize storage areas to improve efficiency and accessibility
Event Support:
- Help prepare for and assist with events (weekend availability required as needed)
Requirements
- Willingness and ability to learn how to operate a forklift (training provided)
