- Proven experience as a restaurant server with a history of delivering exceptional service.
- Hands-on experience with cashier duties.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a polite, friendly, and guest-oriented approach.
- Excellent people skills, including patience, responsibility, and trustworthiness.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Capability to upsell and recommend items effectively.

- Servers responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages
- Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract guests
- Set up restaurant tables meticulously, prioritizing cleanliness and orderliness
- Welcome guests with a friendly and inviting attitude upon their arrival
- Present menus to guests and assist them in making informed choices regarding food and beverages
- Take accurate orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen staff
- Utilize your knowledge of the menu to answer questions and provide recommendations for complementary items
- Collaborate effectively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and positively, seeking timely resolution
- Prepare and present bills accurately, and process payments with precision
