## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for early childhood development.
Daycare Teachers work with or under the supervision of licensed teachers to perform the following general duties:
-Supervise and engage with children.
-Carry out lesson plans activities created by lead teachers.
-Aid in teaching appropriate behavior and social skills.
-Guiding appropriate classroom structure.
-Assist with record keeping.
-Provide personal aid and care as necessary.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
-Average shift 8:00am-6:00pm
## Requirements
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
