What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Teacher - Lead and Assistant position at Little Endeavors Child Development Center?
We are hiring!
We are currently seeking caring individuals to fill Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher positions. Must be at least 16 years of age to apply. Pay range is starting from $10-$14 an hour based on experience.
$1000 Bonus after 90 days.
The ideal team member would be someone who possesses the following qualities:
- Ability to take care of children between the ages of 6 weeks to 11 years of age
- A strong sense of professionalism, and ability to communicate
- Exceptional reliability and willingness to learn new things
- Ability to plan and execute curriculum
- Most of all, the ideal candidate would have a passion about educating and caring for children. We are the first educators that these children meet, and we are responsible for engaging their minds and providing them with the love and nurturing that they need for a bright future.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Completing and maintaining DHS required trainings and following all DHS regulations
- Supervising children and ensuring their safety
- Cleaning in the classroom and completing other daily chores
- Following a daily schedule
- Creating and implementing lesson plans and activities
