Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Complete and maintain DHS required trainings and following all DHS regulations
- Supervise children and ensure their safety
- Clean in the classroom and complete other daily chores
- Follow a daily schedule
- Create and implement lesson plans and activities
- Assist in potty training children
- Prepare children for kindergarten
The ideal team member would be someone who possesses the following qualities:
- Ability to care for children between the ages of 6 weeks to 11 years of age
- A strong sense of professionalism and ability to communicate
- Exceptional reliability and willingness to learn new things
- Ability to plan and execute curriculum and follow a daily schedule
