What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floater Position position at Little Endeavors Child Development Center?
At Little Endeavors Learning Center we are currently seeking qualified applicants for our Floater Position.
Days/hours would be Monday-Friday from 7:30-4:30.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Complete and maintain DHS required trainings and following all DHS regulations
- Supervise children and ensure their safety
- Clean in the classroom and complete other daily chores
- Follow a daily schedule
- Create and implement lesson plans and activities
- Assist in potty training children
- Prepare children for kindergarten
The ideal team member would be someone who possesses the following qualities:
- Ability to care for children between the ages of 6 weeks to 11 years of age
- A strong sense of professionalism and ability to communicate
- Exceptional reliability and willingness to learn new things
- Ability to plan and execute curriculum and follow a daily schedule
