Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional development in toddlers.
- Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence.
- Manage daily classroom routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and play activities with patience and enthusiasm.
