Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and experience working with young children in a daycare setting. Responsibilities
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment for all children, including those with disabilities.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students.
- Observe and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and love for learning.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the overall development of students.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Provide first aid when necessary and ensure the health and safety of all children in your care.
Requirements
- Experience working with toddler-aged children in educational or childcare settings is essential.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- First aid certification is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in individual responsibilities.
