Job Overview
The After School Program Staff plays a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for students. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering their growth and development.
Hours are Monday-Friday 2:45pm-5:30pm
Duties
- Supervise and engage with students during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Facilitate sports, arts, and recreational activities that promote teamwork and creativity.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive program that meets the needs of all students.
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in various capacities such as childcare, tutoring, or camp settings.
