Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate social service intake Coordinator to join our placement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing youths intake processes, conducting assessments, information, and ensuring accurate documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic judgment, familiarity with working with emotionally challenged adolescent in foster care setting,. The Intake Coordinator plays a vital role in placing youth in our group group homes, providing exceptional service while maintaining compliance with DFCS and OPM regulations and standards.
