Duties
- · Provide comprehensive administrative support to the agency's DCF group homes.
- · Assist with onboarding and processing of new and potential hires.
- · Transcribe meeting notes and prepare documents as needed.
- · Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, utilizing the agency's EMR system.
- · Coordinate projects to ensure deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- · Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients and team members.
- · Manage office operations, including maintaining supplies and overseeing the functionality of equipment in the agency's residential homes.
- · Create and utilize document management systems for optimal organization.
- · Proofread documents for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
- · Operate phone systems effectively, managing calls and messages professionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
