We are seeking a reliable and caring Daycare Floater to support our classrooms and staff throughout the day. This position requires flexibility, as you will assist in multiple classrooms, helping maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children of all ages.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and routines
- Supervise children to ensure safety at all times
- Help with meals, snacks, and cleanup
- Support nap time and transitions between activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Step into classrooms as needed to cover breaks or staff absences
- Engage with children through play, learning activities, and positive interaction
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children preferred
- Ability to work with multiple age groups
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patient, dependable, and energetic
- Must meet state childcare requirements (if applicable)
