Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a talented team to achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability goals
- Ensure high-quality, consistent food preparation and excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members to build a productive workforce
- Manage labor scheduling, food ordering, and cost control with integrity
- Implement local marketing events and in-store promotions to boost sales
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong management, team building, and communication skills
- Ability to supervise multiple employees and motivate them to meet goals
- Basic math skills and knowledge of profit and loss analysis
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to meet background verification standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 55 pounds and standing for long periods
- Compliance with state and federal labor laws, OSHA, and EEOC requirements
Work Schedule & Environment
- Full-time role with approximately 45-50 hours per week
- Weekend, holiday, day, night shifts, and on-call availability required
- On-site position in a safe, supportive, and enjoyable atmosphere
