Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a QSR restaurant facility
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume situations
- Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in different temperature ranges
