Position Overview:
As a Crew Member, you'll play a key role in delivering a great customer experience. From preparing pizzas to keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming, you’ll help keep things running smoothly while working as part of a friendly and motivated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service
- Prepare and package food following Little Caesars’ standards
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with stocking and inventory as needed
- Work as a team to meet goals and keep operations running efficiently
Qualifications:
- Prior fast food or customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
