What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Little Caesars?
The Little Caesars Assistant Manager will report to the General Manager. The Little Caesars Assistant Manager will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all operational related activities of our Little Caesars Operations. This position will oversee Little Caesars restaurant operations including product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing and financial performance. This position will also be responsible for ensuring that the Little Caesars facility is operated within the operational guidelines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Minimum 1 – Year management experience in a QSR restaurant facility is a plus
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must have excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills.
- Must be able to perform under pressure in high volume situations.
- Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must have an open schedule and be able to work days, evenings and weekends.
- Must be a leader and adhere to and enforce company policies.
