• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
• Lead, train, and inspire a talented team to meet and exceed company standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any concerns promptly
• Monitor food preparation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory control and optimize food and labor costs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
• Open and close the restaurant as required, setting a positive example

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
