Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality food service.
• Supervise staff training, development, and performance to foster a motivated and efficient team.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety standards to guarantee quality and compliance.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste.
• Handle cash management duties such as cash handling, POS transactions, and shift reconciliation.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate shift schedules, monitor productivity, and optimize staffing levels for peak times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management roles within quick service or casual dining environments.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
• Familiarity with POS systems for transactions and reporting.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training, team management, and interviewing skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform inventory control efficiently.
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on hospitality management and customer service excellence.
• Experience in kitchen management, food handling, and maintaining health standards is highly desirable.
