Duties
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth food preparation, cooking, and service delivery in a quick service & fast food restaurant setting
- Supervise staff training, development, and performance management to foster a motivated and skilled team
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food safety standards to maintain high-quality standards
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales processing
- Manage shift schedules, monitor labor costs, and implement budgeting strategies to optimize store profitability
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food handling procedures, and safety protocols across all restaurant activities
- Conduct interviewing and hiring processes to build a strong team aligned with company values
Requirements
- Proven management experience in a food service environment, preferably within quick service & casual dining or restaurant management roles
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices
- Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales transactions and inventory tracking
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising staff, training teams, and developing talent in hospitality settings
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and health regulations in the food industry
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities including shift management, cash handling, and inventory control effectively
