Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing great customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. You will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Promote menu items through upselling techniques to enhance customer experience.
• Follow food safety protocols to ensure the quality and safety of all food products.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen, grocery store, or culinary setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
