Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and manage transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality products.
- Follow food safety and handling guidelines to prevent contamination and maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and stocking the store.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals.
Skills:
- Experience working in a quick-service fast food restaurant or similar retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of food handling and food safety procedures.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS.
- Excellent cash handling skills and basic math skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide outstanding customer service.
- Friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Experience working in a grocery store or similar retail environment.
- Strong sales skills and a desire to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
