Job Summary

Duties
- Lead and supervise team members during your shift, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and food safety compliance
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and assist with ordering to minimize waste and ensure product availability
- Train new staff on food handling, customer service, safety procedures, and restaurant policies
- Ensure adherence to health regulations and safety protocols across all areas of the restaurant
- Assist in managing shift schedules, resolving customer issues promptly, and maintaining a positive team environment
Experience
- Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food restaurants
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Demonstrated skills in inventory control, cash handling, and food safety standards
- Experience in staff training, team management, and developing a cohesive work environment
- Previous hospitality or restaurant management experience preferred, including casual dining or hotel food service roles
- Knowledge of budgeting, food production, catering, bar operations, or banquet services is a plus
