We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will assist in creating and implementing educational programs for our children, providing a nurturing and safe learning environment, and supporting children’s overall development.
The Early Childhood Educator Assistant’s responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, communicating with parents, and maintaining a clean and organized learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead educators in implementing educational programs and lesson plans
- Help children with daily routines such as dressing, toileting, eating, and sleeping
- Monitor children’s behavior and report any problems or concerns to lead educators
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment
- Provide individual attention to children as needed
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding children
- Support the emotional and social development of children
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
- Previous work experience as an Early Childhood Educator Assistant
- Understanding of child development theories and practices
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a love for children
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
Salary : $16 - $17
