We are looking for an organized, dependable Administrative Assistant to support the daily office operations of our restaurant group. This is an entry level administrative position working directly under our Office Manager to help keep systems, reporting, paperwork, and daily administrative tasks running smoothly. Most of the work will be performed at our Downtown Dickson company office, but restaurant site visits are expected as needed throughout the week, including travel to our Waverly restaurant location.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, checklists, consistency, and detail oriented work. Your role will primarily involve updating spreadsheets, inputting information, maintaining records, and helping keep operational systems organized and current, as well as communicating to ownership, management team & restaurant staff.
Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
Daily administrative tasks such as:
- Reviewing and posting manager shift reports
- Pulling and organizing reports from company systems
- Checking employee timecards for accuracy
- Updating spreadsheets and KPI trackers
- Entering provided sales and budget numbers into existing templates
- Monitoring office email and Slack communication
- Uploading receipts and paperwork into company systems
- Updating calendars and schedules
- Maintaining employee records and administrative binders
- Organizing forms, reports, and operational paperwork
- Organizing catering orders and sending invoices
- General office duties & upkeep
Weekly and monthly support tasks including:
- Updating ordering and budget worksheets using provided numbers & projections
- Preparing and printing operational worksheets and prime reports
- Updating employee lists and HR tracking forms
- Assisting with menu analysis reports
- Tracking holidays, school breaks, and company events
- Maintaining task management systems and SOP libraries
- Updating online restaurant menus as needed in all platforms
- Weekly cash drops

- Learns systems quickly
- Can manage multiple small tasks throughout the day

- Works well within a team and takes direction well
- Ability to work independently & meet deadlines
- Has reliable transportation for travel to Waverly, minimum once per week
Position Details & Benefits
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- 8am-2:30pm Monday through Friday
- Office based position
- Reports directly to the Office Manager
- Travel between Dickson and Waverly locations will be required
