Little Anitas is a well-established New Mexican restaurant in the Albuquerque area. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all food is prepared according to our standards and specifications.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cook or in a food service role is preferred.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
