Carryout Cashier - Little Anitas

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Carryout team member to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests placing to-go orders, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling orders in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for guest relations, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

A Food Handler Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with their to-go orders, ensuring all requests are accurately fulfilled.
• Utilize the Aloha POS system to input orders and process payments efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to food safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu items and specials.
• Address guest concerns or inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with guests.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional guest relations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
