- Support children's emotional needs through positive behavior management and effective communication.

- Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and developmental milestones for each child.
Skills
- Proven experience in childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Ability to manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- First aid certification and CPR training to ensure safety in emergency situations.
