Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our hybrid team at Little Acorn ABA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral analysis and treatment to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Competitive hourly rate: $55 - $80 per hour / Annual Salary: $60,000 - $100,000/year (depending on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
Design and implement individualized behavioral interventions to address a range of challenging behaviors
Provide one-on-one direct therapy and facilitate group therapy sessions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification
Minimum of 0 years of experience ( Entry-level candidates welcome!)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
