Job Summary:
Little Acorn ABA is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate BCBA to join our Hybrid team! As a BCBA, you will work with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Our team is committed to nurturing the mighty oak that's hidden inside every little acorn, and we're looking for a dedicated professional to help us achieve this mission.
Responsibilities:
Provide ABA therapy services to clients in a clinic, home, or community setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, with collaboration from the treatment team
Assess and monitor client progress, making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed
Conduct parent training and support sessions to empower caregivers
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely records of services and progress
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
(Insert minimum years of experience placeholder) years of experience in ABA, preferably with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
