- Work onsite with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, run workshops, and demonstrate prototypes.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven apps).
- Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and integrate systems.
- Model and manage data using Dataverse and other data sources (SharePoint, SQL, Excel, APIs).
- Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) and third party systems via connectors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing apps and flows; provide onsite support during go live and stabilization.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and handover materials for the customer’s internal teams.
- Support UAT, provide onsite end user training and drive user adoption.
- Collaborate with offshore/remote team members as needed while serving as the onsite technical contact for the customer.
- 6 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong experience in Canvas Apps, exposure to Model Driven Apps and Dataverse.
- Good understanding of relational data, APIs, JSON, and integration concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint Online and Teams).
- Excellent client facing communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working directly with business users onsite.
- Ability and willingness to work full time at the customer location, including occasional extended hours during critical releases.
