Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for generating and ensuring all project information is correct and timely.
- Create the preliminary schedule for each project.
- Perform project setup, including initial contract review, cost codes, and the preliminary budget.
- Organize and set up logs for MPOs and POs to track all logged items and submittals.
- Manage an organized and accurate takeoff for each project.
- Collaborate with the Project Lead and other operational teams to develop a comprehensive project plan.
- Communicate important information, solutions, and opportunities to the entire team when necessary.
- Compile daily job cost reports to ensure costs and quantities align with the budget.
- Create change orders based on a clear understanding of customer expectations.
- Execute a detailed closeout of each project.
- Experience working with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- 5 years of experience in project management for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
- Experience with structural concrete projects.
- Familiarity with a variety of project types, particularly in Commercial/Industrial.
- Knowledge of construction principles and practices, particularly for projects exceeding $1 million.
- Experience performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred but not required.
