Lithion Battery Inc. is a new venture located in Henderson, NV with exciting growth opportunities. Lithion Battery is a vertically integrated manufacturer of cells and rechargeable battery packs servicing the Medical, Energy, Robotics, Industrial, and Military/Defense markets. Lithion Battery works closely with OEM manufacturers and end users to provide custom and high-quality power solutions for critical applications where reliability is paramount. Our expansion has been secured with the support of the Lithion Power Group Ltd.’s executive team and its private equity partner.

Job Summary

Production Assemblers perform a range of mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly tasks of components in accordance to provided work instructions and procedures.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

· Perform assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks using hand tools, soldering and resistance welding methods

· Conduct quality checks on the functionality and proper assembly of parts and components

· Perform assembly tasks within designated cycle time requirements

· Report downtime/issues in a timely manner

· Maintain a safe and tidy work environment

· Collaborate with team members across the line to ensure quality standards are met

· Comply with internal policies and industry regulations

· Perform work safely and in accordance with our HSE policies

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED

· At least two years' experience in a production environment preferred

· Basic knowledge of hand tools preferred

· Knowledge of battery systems preferred

· Working knowledge of computers and office software

· Strong technical and mechanical aptitude

· Ability to lift 50lbs

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities

· Great communication and collaboration skills

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Shift 1)
• Monday to Friday 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Shift 2)

Hourly Pay Rate:

• $15 per hour (Shift 1)
• $16.50 per hour (Shift 2)
• Guaranteed 40 hours/week with plenty of opportunities for overtime at 1.5x base rate
