A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EXPERIENCED WARRANTY/INS ADMINISTRATOR
As a Warranty/Ins Administrator, your day is dynamic and detail oriented. You are responsible for preparing, submitting, and tracking warranty repair orders and claims in compliance with Lithia and manufacturer policies. You are familiar with different manufacturers and after-market warranty policies. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and problem solving to guarantee the service department receives the proper credit and funds due. Strong communication skills is key, as you’ll contact various representatives and vendors for additional authorizations or special assistance when needed. - 80 Hours of PTO front loaded on day 1
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (may vary at times to Tue – Sat)

Qualifications For An Warranty/Ins Administrator
- At least one year of automotive experience
- Knowledge of automotive or Dealership systems highly desired
- Strong sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Previous experience working in a team atmosphere.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office applications in maintaining calendars, word processing, and spreadsheets (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
