Used Car Technician

Kia of Temecula is seeking an experienced Used Car Technician to join our high-performing service department. If you are passionate about automotive excellence, committed to precision workmanship, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

Schedule: Tues - Sat; 8am-5pm

Pay: $30-$35/HR (Flat Rate Pay Plan)

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Kia and other manufactures.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately
• Conduct thorough multi-point inspections
• Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation
  
  

Qualifications

• Kia or similar brand experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills required
• ASE certifications preferred or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. The flat rate pay range for this position is $30 - $35 an hour actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, skills, job-knowledge, and location.
