What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and assess vehicle concerns with professionalism and attention to detail
- Translate technical findings into clear, customer-friendly recommendations
- Prepare accurate estimates and repair orders, ensuring full transparency and approval
- Partner closely with technicians to align customer needs with repair solutions
- Communicate additional service recommendations identified through vehicle inspections
- Administer manufacturer warranties for qualifying repairs
- Proactively update customers on service timelines, costs, and completion status
- Maintain precise records within the service management system
- Promote service specials and value-added recommendations when appropriate
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
- Automotive technician experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Strong communication skills with a polished, customer-first approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic mechanical knowledge and a desire to continue learning
- Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-driven
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
