What We’re Looking For
- Brings proven experience in automotive service advising (BMW or other luxury brand experience strongly preferred)
- Possesses strong upselling skills with a track record of maximizing customer value ethically and transparently
- Is passionate about building relationships and delivering world-class customer service
- Demonstrates excellent product knowledge, especially with BMW vehicles, systems, and maintenance needs
- Excels in communication, follow-up, and problem-solving
- Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Is driven, coachable, and aligned with Lithia’s core values
- Greet and assist guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Advise customers on their vehicle service needs with expertise and clarity
- Work closely with technicians, parts, and service management to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain meticulous records and follow established processes
- Contribute to the dealership’s growth through exceptional performance and customer satisfaction
- Prefer 2 years of experience as a service advisor
- Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
- Automotive aptitude and knowledge are preferred
- Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
- Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
- Basic computer & cost calculation skills.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
