What You'll Do
The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,480 to $121,200, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).

What You'll Do
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their automotive needs
- Guide customers through the Subaru vehicle lineup, showcasing the value, safety, and reliability of our products
- Stay informed about current inventory, features, and financing options
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through excellent service before, during, and after the sale
- Represent the Subaru brand and the Subaru Love Promise through community involvement and exceptional customer care
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required - we train the right people!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, motivation, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
