- Primary responsibility is high-performance automotive sales
- Support F&I operations as needed 1 day per week
- Assist with deal structuring, lender flow, and product exposure
- Deliver a strong, professional customer experience from start to finish
- Maintain CRM discipline, deal accuracy, and compliance standards
- Operate with a focus on gross, volume, and efficiency
- Proven track record in automotive sales performance and gross production
- Strong closer with ability to handle negotiations and structure deals
- Either prior F&I exposure OR high aptitude to learn finance quickly
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage compliance and paperwork accuracy
- Competitive, self-motivated, and driven for career advancement
- Team-oriented with leadership mindset and accountability
- Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license
