What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact by greeting customers and delivering friendly, professional customer service
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls accurately and in accordance with company standards
• Page employees, take messages, and ensure timely communication to the appropriate parties
• Support the management team with administrative assistance as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and showroom area
