- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide expert advice.
- Recommend appropriate services and repairs based on vehicle needs.
- Clearly explain services, repairs, and estimates to customers.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance satisfaction and performance.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on service requests.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software used in automotive service management.
