What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and act as the main point of contact throughout the service process
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
- Prepare estimates, write repair orders, and explain work clearly and professionally
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and loyalty
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive or dealership experience a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Basic automotive knowledge or willingness to learn
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license
