What You’ll Do
- Support the BDC/Internet team by managing inbound and outbound customer communication
- Schedule sales and service appointments
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Assist in tracking leads, performance metrics, and follow-up processes
- Provide top-tier customer service while helping improve response times and workflow efficiency
- Work closely with management and other departments to support daily operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with phones, email, and online customer communication
- Basic CRM or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
