Now Hiring: Ford Master Certified Service Technician

Pay: $40 - $50 flat rate, higher potential for Ford Master Certified in Transmission, Diesel and or EV

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000, paid out over a 1-year span

Relocation Assistance: Qualified A level technicians with above experience

Dept Hours: We are open 6 days a week, Monday through Friday from 7-5:30, Saturdays from 7:30-4:30, and closed on Sundays.

The Service Technician is responsible for performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards. This individual utilizes their skills to diagnose and resolve the different sources of automotive problems swiftly and accurately. The Service Technician works with all Service personnel and management to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.

Qualifications

• ASE and manufacturer certifications required.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license .
  
  

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
• Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
