We are looking to add an F&I Manager to our growing team! We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to become a part of our customer-focused sales team. Qualifications
- Automotive F&I experience in a Dealership setting Preferred but not required
- CDK experience a huge plus!
- Documentation of current and past performance
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional presentation
- 2 years of dealership finance experience is required
- Prior automotive sales management experience is a plus
- A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
