Express Technician

Subaru Thousand Oaks is looking for motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Express Technician to join our service team. We are a well-established, customer-first dealership with a reputation for quality and integrity. What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, battery replacements, and inspections
• Conduct multi-point inspections with accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate recommended services to service advisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow Subaru factory standards and dealership procedures
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous technician or lube tech experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within the Subaru brand
