Priority Ford in Norfolk is looking for a driven, experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our high-volume collision center. If you’re a hands-on leader who knows how to run an efficient shop, deliver top-tier customer service, and keep techs motivated and productive, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations of a busy collision repair center
• Lead and develop technicians, estimators, and support staff
• Manage workflow, repair quality, and cycle times
• Ensure proper estimating, parts ordering, and repair planning
• Build strong relationships with customers and insurance partners
• Maintain safety, compliance, and top-tier CSI
• Drive profitability while delivering exceptional repairs
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience running or assisting in running a collision/body shop
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of DRP relationships, estimating systems, and repair processes
• Ability to manage throughput, productivity, and quality
• Customer-focused mindset with a sense of urgency
